On her 18th birthday on October 4, Sara Rydell will break the famous glass roof by stepping in as a board member of HR-Techbolaget JobAgent ® on the same day - and thus become Sweden's youngest person to take a seat on a company board . As a young woman, she makes a historical impression of a positive gender distribution, something many company boards are fighting hard for.
JobAgent’s founder, Mats Wernheim , has long dreamed of getting young people on company boards and believes that this is more important now than ever before. According to Mats, who has been an entrepreneur and entrepreneur since the age of 16, the rulers of society have gone from being middle-aged people to becoming young adults at the beginning of their careers and at the beginning of their adult lives.

JobAgent won the race for IVA's acclaimed youth talents. Sara Rydell and her international team from Junior Academy won the Young Innovation in Crisis award by IVA, Royal. The Academy of Engineering Sciences.
The big breakthrough, however, came in August when she, together with her team members, was recruited to the JobAgents Advisory Board, which was noticed in Breakit and now on Sunday she steps into the company’s board as Sweden’s youngest member.
“It feels very fun and I am glad that the team behind JobAgent sees how we young people can contribute with a different perspective that they themselves do not have. It will be an exciting autumn and I am proud to be the youngest board member in Sweden – my 18th birthday will actually be historic! ” says Sara.
