Utöver det så finns det dessutom ytterligare 140 miljoner människor som vill byta jobb men som inte ens ansöker.​

Björn Elowson

Björn är legitimerad psykolog och har en bakgrund inom urval och assessment. Han har arbetat med kunder över hela världen med allt från personbedömningar av VD:ar i Sverige, assessment centers i Kina, till att utveckla automatiserad karriärvägledning i London. Björn är känd för att vara utomordentligt intresserad av hur teknik och psykologi kommer att smälta samman i framtiden – men trots hans genuina intresse så kan han faktiskt inte se in i framtiden.

Mats Wernheim

Mats har arbetat inom bemannings-och rekryteringsbranschen sedan 1991. Han är grundare av bemanningsföretaget MAYDAY, 1991 (ISS/MAYDAY) och JobAgent, 1999 (Want). Han är också grundare av SaaS-företaget ZeroLime samt initiativtagare till Jobbfestivalen. Mats skulle förmodligen bli känd som den mest visionära person som finns och som någonsin har vandrat på denna jord.

Fredrik var en av dem som byggde Spotify från grunden. Han blev senare Product Development Director på Spotify där han var direkt ansvarig för alla produktutvecklings insatser till konsumenter, inklusive the Spotify-client, webbplatsen och nya plattformar. Du kan lätt känna igen Fredrik eftersom han nästan alltid bär cowboyhatt.

Frida har jobbat som frilansdesigner under de senaste 3 åren genom hennes egna bolag. Man skulle nästan kunna säga att hon har en magisk kraft – allt som hon jobbar med blir grafiskt jättefint. Så tänk dig om någon skulle fråga henne “Vi har en superinnovativ plattform, kan du göra den extraordinärt fin och användarvänlig?”. Vi vet redan vad hon svarade..

Jesse Cheng

Jesse lives in Plainsboro in New Jersey US. Together with Nitin he studies at the Windsor-Plainsboro High School. He works as an intern at the Apollo Neuro biotech company. He is highly skilled in Python, R and Matlab and on his sparetime he takes courses and learns everything there is to know about crypto-currency technologies. He was also part of the United in Crisis and has helped us at JobAgent with some really good advice.

Nitin Reganti

Nitin studies at the West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South in New York. H was also part of the ”United in Crisis”-team and has helped JobAgent a lot. Both with building architechture for an upcoming functionality called the Skills Survey but also from an overall user experience perspective.

Sara Rydell

Sara is a highschool senior, studying science specialization design at Anna Whitlocks gymnasium in Stockholm. She was a member of Health Sync, the winning team of The Junior Academy Fall 2019 Intelligent Homes & Health Challenge and member of the team United in Crisis, awarded the Young Innovation in Times of Crisis award from the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences and the New York Academy of Science. Sara has been interviewed for her innovative work on both Tv4 and P4.

Serhan Yilmaz

Advisory

Serhan studies at the Siirt Türk Telekom Fen Lisesi in Siirt, Turkey. He was the project lead at United in Crisis and has a long history of working in various research facilities. He is skilled in Python, Java, C++, Arduino(Programming), He is focused in Mathematics and Science. He has also done a lot of work around the architecture to our upcoming functionality The Skills Survey.

Mark Zhang

Advisory

Mark is a highschool senior at the Wardlaw Hartridge School in New Jersey US. He was also part of the well known team “United in Crisis”. After school he works as the CTO at Mindify in New York, working with brain-computer interfaces. At his spare time he figures out smart stuff in machine learning, app development and game development. For JobAgent we got a WOW-feeling when he created a 3D-graph of our own taxonomies, making it possible to visually understand the complexity of the job-market.

Louise Anderberg

HR Director Scandinavia at Abbvie

Louise makes HR great! That is one way of describing her profound knowledge and track record within the field of connecting business and people. She is currently the HR Director in Scandinavia for the pharmaceutical company Abbvie. She previously held positions such as CPO at iZettle, HR Director at Tele2 and regional HR Director Northern Europe for Transcom. Her advice is well needed and her love for digitalizing HR makes a more then great match.

Anton Knopff

Global Talent Acquisition at Spotify

Anton knows the concepts of user friendliness, candidate experience and how to connect it to excellent candidate centric job journeys. He has a great track record within HR and is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Spotify. Previously he worked with HR in the gold medalist of all theme parks – Gröna Lund (at Parks & Resorts). Anton gives us valuable advice both from candidate and recruiters point of view. Since everyone at JobAgent already is using Spotify we cannot take advantage of any free stuff. However – we are still hoping that one day he might introduce us to the next unicorn of pop-music (fingers crossed).

Thomas Närlund

CEO & Founder at Kabang!

Thomas is the founder and CEO of Kabang and the Co-founder of Dreamlake. Tomas is a goal driven people-person who spends his days in the intersection between IT and business. He is an entrepreneur who has a strong, rich background in building value-based successful companies. He has a +16-year experience in the digital world. So if any of us needs to understand how the technology of today will change into the technology of the future – he´s the guy to ask.

Christian Hultén

CEO/VD | Interim Manager | Experienced Business & Transformation Leader

Christian is an experienced business manager who has held senior positions for the past 25 years in large international organizations as well as in smaller start-ups and growth companies. He participated in Sykes, a leading global outsourcing company, expansion in Europe and he was one of the leading people in the establishment and building of the Excellent group, where he was CEO of the Swedish operations. Christian was also the CEO of ZeroLime where, together with Mats Wernheim, he launched groundbreaking video solutions for recruitment and staffing. For the past 7.5 years, Christian has been head of Transcom’s operations in Northern Europe with over 5,000 employees and most recently as Chief Operating Officer for the whole of Europe. He will start working full time from February 2021 as Head of International Business/ MD UK.

Charlotte Zetterlund

HR-chef, MAX Burger

Charlotte has a long track record as a thought leader in HR for multiple large companies and is known for being innovative and a “make-stuff-happen” kind of person. She is currently the HR-director for Max Hamburgers, she has previously held positions such as HR-director for Statoil Sweden, HR Manager Nordic at Kodac and Senior HR Manager ArhtroCare. Her good advice is well needed and if (but only if) we want to eat burgers and fries for free – we probably could.

Torbjörn Claeson

Advokat/Partner at Ramberg Law

Torbjörn Claeson is a lawyer and managing partner at Ramberg Law. He has more than 25 years of experience in advising Swedish and foreign companies in Swedish and international projects and transactions. He has vast experience of drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. If anyone at JobAgent would say “Is it even legal to come up with such great ideas?” – Torbjörn would be able to answer that question.

Mikael Karlsson

CEO MIlitary Work, Partner på Neptunia Invest

Mikael is one of the founders of Neptunia Invest, Brofund Group, Slättö Förvaltning and also founder and the CEO of the defense and security consultant company Military Work. Mikael holds a masters degree in business law. He is also partly hired in the Swedish Armed Forces. When he is not working he is engaged in Norrköpings finest ice-hockey team Vita Hästen.

Carl Magnus Helin

CEO & Founder TalentQ Nordic

Carl Magnus is the founder and CEO of the assessment- and consulting-company TalentQ, he is also part of the PwC jury for female entrepreneurship, he gives lectures at the U-venture Sales Academy (students at Stockholms School of Economics, KTH – Royal Insitute of Technology and Stockholms University) and he is also coaching the winners of Venture Cup. Besides of all of that he is also competing in Triathlon.
